SHIPPING POLICY
We offer standard shipping straight to your door throughout the contiguous country. It usually takes 5-8 business days for your package to be delivered, so you can sit back and relax, worry-free.
Order Processing
Looks like you are ready to place an order! All processed orders will dispatch within 24-48 hours from Monday to Friday. Allow 5-8 business days for your order to arrive if the using standard carrier. If you find that your package is delayed, please feel free to contact us through email or social media, we are happy to help you.

Order confirmation & tracking
Once your order is successfully processed, an order confirmation email will be sent to you. After the carrier scans your order, another shipping confirmation email with the relevant tracking number will be sent out.
30 DAYS RETURN
We want to be sure you’re as happy with your jewelry as we are. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we offer free returns for a refund within 30 days of your item being delivered, provided it is unused and is still in its original packaging.
To start a return
Please email your order number & a photo of the item in its original state to our email. Our customer service team will reply within 24 hours.
Online customers should receive a confirmation email once we've issued a refund. Please allow one billing cycle from the time we receive the returned item for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.
Refunds are processed in a maximum of 30 days from the date cancel the order. In case of prepaid orders through Credit Card, Debit Card, or Net Banking, the amount will be transferred back to the account from which it was paid. Orders cannot be canceled once it is Dispatched or Shipped. Please note that Cash-on-Delivery charges and Shipping Charges (if applicable) are not refundable.
